Discreet Packaging

To Absolutely cautious transportation, we package and mail the product in a brown box. There will be no markings or Juliettoys or other obvious words on your package, except for the address label and courier sticker.

Additional Notes:

• If the order quantity is too large, we will ship it in several packages.

Order processing speed

After receiving the order, it takes us 1-3 days to make and 1-3 days to ship, and the estimated time is seven working days.

Shipping time

Shipping time begins when we confirm shipment.

• US warehouse: delivery within 3-7 days
• China warehouse: delivery within 7-20 days

We will ship ready-made products from our US warehouse, and products that need to be made we will ship from our China warehouse.

Depending on the mode of transport, our estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Express: 15-20 days
• UPS: 10-12 days
• DHL: 7-10 days

Our shipping time already includes unstable factors such as shopping season, weather factors, flight delays, courier company processing efficiency, etc., and may actually be faster or slower.

Customs inspection and taxes

Taxes in most countries are already included in our product prices, but there may be customs inspections or additional tax payments. Therefore, we believe that customers are responsible for providing information and paying fees when they encounter customs inspections or additional tax payments during transportation.

If you are unwilling to do so and the package is returned/the package is stuck, we refuse any refunds or returns.

So if you are not sure whether local import regulations apply, please check the local import regulations first.

Package Tracking

When the package is mailed to the courier company and successfully shipped by them, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can enter that number on the website https://www.17track.net/en to get the detailed status of the package.

Order Cancellation

We usually process orders within 1-3 days of receiving them, if you want to cancel or change your order, we recommend that you contact us within 2 days of placing your order.

Several types of order cancellations:

• After receiving the order, if the product has not been produced, the order can be canceled and a full refund can be made.
• After receiving the order, if the product has been produced, the order can be canceled but a fee of 50% of the order price will be charged.
• After receiving the order, if the product has been produced and shipped, the order cannot be canceled and a refund will be refused.

Refund / Return

In order to protect the safety and health of other customers and based on the privacy and uniqueness of the product, we do not accept any refunds or returns. Unless you find that the product is defective and damaged when you receive the package (excluding defects that do not affect the use), the product will be considered used after leaving our warehouse, and we will not sell/resell any second-hand products.

Package lost and wrong address

Package Lost: When the goods are delivered from our warehouse to the courier carrier, we have completed the seller's responsibility. Customers are obliged to provide relevant information and communicate with the local courier carrier for the claim process.

Wrong Address: If the goods are in transit, we recommend that customers communicate with the courier company and change the correct address when they arrive at the local area. If the goods are delivered to the wrong address by the courier, the customer should communicate with the courier/courier company to re-deliver the package.

We refuse refunds based on any package loss/wrong address situation.

Product size is different from the size provided

We carefully measure each product to ensure that the size is accurate. However, actual measurements may vary slightly, especially along the axis of the product. Due to differences in manufacturing processes, there will be a normal range of error values ​​in the measurements. We do not provide refunds for differences in measurements.

Product After-Sales Service

If the product has quality problems such as damage/breakage during normal use, please contact us within seven days and provide relevant evidence. We will not provide after-sales service after seven days.
